The Flats is a gathering place for friends and family. A place where you can kick back, relax, grab a beer, eat some awesome food, and enjoy the company of your friends. We offer hand-crafted sandwiches, delicious burgers, juicy steaks, a variety of tacos, and more. All of our food is fresh and cooked to order. We have a full bar with an extensive beer selection. While you are dining with us, take some time and walk our park-like property which includes private firepit patios, fountains, a creek, and a pond. We are your neighborhood bar and grill located off (3705) Highway 16 in Eagle, Idaho.

Apple Stuffed Pork Chop

Tomahawk stuffed pork chop, with an apple, sage and almond stuffing topped with an apricot ginger glaze.

The Negroni

The classic Italian Aperitif.  Dry and bitter, it balances the floral notes of Gin and Sweet Vermouth with the assertive bitters of Campari.  Stirred, strained over fresh ice and garnished with a slice of orange.

Angus patty, stuffed poblano pepper, pepper jack cheese, house slaw and poblano crema.

Queso Chorizo Dip

White cheddar queso with diced Basque chorizo, caramelized poblano peppers, topped with ground chorizo, served with tortilla chips.
